Central City Apartment close to Messe and Prater

The apartment is only a few steps away from the subway station U2 Messe-Prater. In only 9 minutes you can reach the center of Vienna (Stephansplatz). "Messe Wien" and "Prater" (also perfect for jogging) are very close and can easily be reached by foot. The apartment is fully renovated. It has approx. 30m², including a separate kitchen and a bathroom. A big, comfortable bed (180 x 200 cm) was very important for us, so that you can rest and sleep well after a long sightseeing tour.

Beautiful Vienna City Apartement

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 3. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz und 3 Stationen von Wien Mitte - The Mall entfernt wo es einen Anschluss mittels CAT zum Flughafen geht. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 15 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Es liegt im 1. Stock ist durch den Lift problemlos erreichbar. Der grüne Prater, die Erholungszone Wiens ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme.
