Holiday rentals with a patio in Altamaha River

I stayed for a month and some days. Anytime I had a sort of issue, she would get it taken care of right away. Super friendly, super responsive! The place itself is nice, it’s got everything you need! Lots of space and great layout.

The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and highly recommended! Made for a perfect girls trip. Thank you Wendi and Kelly for being great hosts.

We loved staying here! It was soooooo quiet, especially at night. The bed was really comfortable and it had all the amenities you’d need. Great location for walking around historic downtown. Will definitely stay again!

The renovation of this property is so well done! The peaceful garden perfectly matches the aesthetic of Savannah! Tall people need to duck while entering the half bath as the door is very low, could be a rude awakening going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! LOVED the pleasant surprise of the quaint little patio off the master! As others have mentioned, the shower is FABULOUS! Location is great and Matt offered lots of local recommendations! Maybe it was us but we had a tough time finding our unit from the back garden entrance. Make sure you go past the fountain and through the red door to find the door to your unit. Appreciated the amenities provided! Good thinking on the sound machine! This property was a great find!

My two teenagers and I truly enjoyed our two night stay. We especially loved being so close to Forsyth Park and the trolley stops. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was decorated beautifully. If we’re ever in Savannah again, we’d love to stay here!

My friend and I recently stayed at The Peach House for a girls trip, and it was great. Fantastic location close to Forsyth Park and a short drive to downtown and the riverside district (or a longer walk if you're up for it). But the best part was the list of recommendations that Carlos & Marci sent! We went to several restaurants and bars they suggested and all were amazing! I'd absolutely recommend The Peach House to anyone visiting Savannah!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. What really made this trip special was the neighborhood, which was charming and full of character. We loved being able to walk to great local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether you're in Savannah to explore or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this location is perfect. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was a Gem and in the perfect location! Taller travelers: Just a heads up🤣 I agree with a previous review stating the shower head does sit a little lower if you have a taller guest, so my husband was already aware of this:) For traveling parents: It was just a touch difficult bathing my toddler in the shower (no bath and was stone/tile) but we made it work☺️ a pack and play was available! Agreeing with another comment for children purposes, it is located on a louder street but not too bad for nap/bed time. Everything was as described and cozy, comfy, and walkable. We will definitely come back to this apartment! Nancy was very kind and responsive. I hate to leave any “con” reviews ever so this is more of an “awareness” review for traveling with kiddos ❤️ we still loved it and would recommend to anyone!

When I first booked it, I had some issues, i was going on a job and the dates changed on me after I booked. After reaching out to Marion, they were able and willing to work with me so I could change my dates, which I really appreciated!

The house was very nice! Shannon was a great host and gave us all the info we needed. The instructions for getting in were clear, and everything we needed. The house was everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 6, and was very clean and cozy. We are from the country and it reminds us of home. We passed through on our way back to the mountains from Florida, and would do so again! I should say (and this was not in Shannon’s list of recommended places) avoid the BBQ place nearby. It was NOT good. We should have gone with the recommendations!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and local spots. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I’m always in places for extended times up to a year most times. This was the best experience I ever had in an Airbnb thank you so much for your kindness and everything done for me during my stay

My three friends and I were overjoyed to see Liz’s beautiful house when we walked in! Everything was immaculate! It was well worth the money and we were impressed by the serene neighborhood. Liz welcomed us from the time she contacted us through the morning we departed. This is the place to stay on your visit to Savannah! What a peachy keen place!

We loved our stay at Ann’s. About 20 mins out from Savannah and 45 mins from Tybee. Very clean and Ann was very responsive when we had questions!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

The location was perfect! Unit exactly as described. Loved that the unit was a few steps away from the playground! The pools are nice. I appreciated the laundry detergent and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner!! The AC will not go below 70°, but that wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again!

Such a lovely quiet place to stay on SSI. Super comfortable king sized bed, very nice kitchen and good tv. Easy parking and ground floor with a small patio. Heated pool was bonus! Thanks for a great stay Leslie.

We wanted a restful and relaxing spring break trip! This place was great and provided rest and relaxation!! The 3 Cardinals are easy to communicate with and felt safe and comfortable where we were! When we return to St. Simons we would want to stay here! Highly recommend!

Lori & John’s place was a nice stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cute layout and had everything we needed. Right next to the heated pool. They had a guest book with everything you could think of including places to eat. Brogans was one of our favorite. Close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay you will too.

We loved it! Very modern and clean. So close to restaurants and right at the pool! My granddaughter loved the playground at on site. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

Megan's condo was beautiful! It looked exactly as in the pictures, and very clean. We were there for only a couple of days, but it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Forsyth Park and visit the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. I will definitely be returning and staying here.

D’Anna was an absolutely amazing host. Could not recommend her place enough! It offered so much and was super clean to boot. She was extremely cordial and left no stone unturned. Highly recommend her place 10 out of 10! Looking forward to returning!
