There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.
