The house is located on a lovely natural plot with a wild garden, where you can enjoy the sun, the birdsong and plenty of privacy. There is plenty of space here for relaxation, play and long summer evenings.

There are 7.5 km to Kronborg and Helsingør city center and 5.5 km to the seaside town of Hornbæk. Bicycle/walking route 47 (North Coast Trail) runs almost right past the door and route 48 (Slotsruten) is also close.

Functional, new house from 2021 in a nice and safe environment. Close to forest, beach and shopping. The garden faces south, which allows for a lot of sun and play in the garden. The house has all modern equipment, a large terrace, WiFi, two bathrooms and exercise equipment. There is room for a big dinner and a cozy moment in front of the TV. From the house there is a view of a small lake that, all year round and regardless of the weather, gives peace of mind.
