Monthly Rentals in Alexandria

This was our second time staying at Helen’s apartment. As long as we keep returning to the Washington D.C. area, forget hotels, we will always try to book a space here. Such a nice place for my wife and I. Modern amenities, comfortable and relaxing environment. Everything we need for a long weekend. And that shower system, awesome. Everything we need is within walking distance. Restaurants, market, park, and metro. I could go on and on. And Helen is such a nice, proactive, and hospitable host. 5 stars!

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

Karyn’s place is centrally located and within walking distance to Alexandria Old Town. There is always parking nearby, and it is a quiet safe area. If you are looking to avoid the high prices of the area and don’t mind a little less sunlight, it is a basement unit, then this could be the place. This simple no-frills accommodation was perfect for my needs.
