A lovely entrance hall leads us to the living area, where the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, the dining room and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV come together. The huge windows lead us to a generously sized garden, furnished with 2 comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a swing, from where we can admire dreamlike views of the Mediterranean Sea, an unimaginable turquoise. Kilometres of fine sand await you for walking, jogging or simply watching and listening to the murmur of the waves from your spectacular holiday apartment. The saltwater pool (not heated) and its beautiful garden will allow you to spend unforgettable afternoons with family or friends. The upper apartment is also optional if it is available, as it is rented separately (ask beforehand). The garden, pool and garage are for the exclusive use of this apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance. There are a few small steps to climb, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is not possible to barbeque. Additional costs are not included in the price and are paid separately upon arrival. For an effective booking there can be no more than two days between bookings. Final cleaning: €250. House of 2 floors, 200m from the beach, has a garden, fireplace 🔥 barbecue, 2 kayaks and direct access to the lake. Just a 3-minute walk from one of the best beaches in Europe. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in total: 2 double and 2 single and 2 bathrooms and a terrace with views to the lake. Very quiet area surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Public transport. In the check- in, names and passport n. will be required. Before the check out, the Balear turístic ecotax has to be paid to the host.

Villa Mallorca.

The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

Can Content Villa Playa de Muro

This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.
