No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Bright and quiet 3-room apartment in Lantsch/Lenz with terrace just 5 minutes by car from Lenzerheide. Supermarket in the village. Winter: Ski lift for children and beginners, ice rink and Biathlon Arena a few minutes away by foot. Summer: Bot Pintg playground with barbecue area and tennis court in front of the house. Starting point for countless walks and bike rides. Bus stop in front of the house. Ski storage room and games room and garage available.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
