We loved our stay at Alli and Abh’s place! First of all, the beds were extremely comfortable! We needed a place to stay the night before a flight so it was perfect. They put a lot of sweet touches throughout the house. Really well decorated/designed, and really adorable. You can tell this Airbnb is something they enjoyed creating together and they genuinely want their guests to have a positive experience-which you can really feel! Highly recommend staying there!

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Overall, I had a great stay at the cottage! In a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood (great for walking your dog). The cottage itself was spacious - loved the mini-split AC units and the small enclosed front yard. Highly recommend staying here while in the bay!

Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.

I had a wonderful stay at Tracy's place - it was quiet, peaceful, and my girls (dogs) and I had a wonderful time at this home. We loved the yard and even enjoyed a day grilling in the yard with lovely views of the bay and city lights. While I did not need all of the space that was provided, it would be exceptional for two couples or a famility with children! I would certainly recommend staying at Tracy's for anyone wishing to visit Berkeley and I will certainly try to schedule another visit at this home for my next Berkely trip.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is maintained perfectly for guests - everything from the most common chargers on each bedside table, excellent WiFi, a night light in the room designed for kids, and every item you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and rooms just right for a family. The yard and outdoor space was particularly special and perfect for a family get together, evening meals, and/or daytime activities. Thomas was exceptionally responsive and made check in a breeze. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Great stay. Wasn’t super conducive to working out of, but if you are visiting for vacation then it’s convenient and safe.

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

We enjoyed our stay in the Rockridge Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Sam was friendly and responsive. The area is great and safe. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee wete close and walkable. The parking was ample in the area and we were always able to find nearby parking. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Audrey and Susan were both welcoming and kind. The space is peaceful and well maintained, and it was perfect for a couple. The patio was more spacious and comfortable than I expected!

What a lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. A comfort bed, a big shower, and a wonderful seating area in the sun in front of the apartment overlooking the bay are only a few of the bonuses. Carol is a great host, very communicative and respectful of space. Highly recommend.

It was a good place to stay. It was quiet and had everything we needed. We love cooking and the kitchen had more things than I thought it would, though I would have love to have some bowls to mix and prepare food. The only thing I found a little strange was that we could only go to our floor through the elevator (old fashion but worked). Not finding an emergency exit (just in case) was not usual either. Besides those, we really had some good nights sleep and were able to entertain ourselves with the large TV. Wi-Fi was excellent.
