small comfortable house in a hamlet of character (15th century) in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at 350 m altitude and 15 minutes from Montelimar. You will be in a very little modified natural setting. In summer, guests can take advantage of the shared swimming pool, which is on a large enough plot so that each guest is comfortable. *Please note, sheets are available for rent, €20 for the cottage. The rest of the linens are provided free of charge. *

Bedroom accommodation with double bed, living room with convertible 2 seats + TV and WiFi, dining area table and 4 seats, kitchenette with fridge, washing machine, oven, hob, all utensils. Italian shower toilets. Sunny terrace overlooking a small flower garden. VIA RHONA nearby. Montelimar is the capital of nougat. Chateau des adhémar, Provencal alleys. Parking in the closed courtyard. Possibility to rent my vehicle. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Quiet house with pool

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

The Cabanon

Welcome to Ardèche! We will be delighted to host you in our house with all the comforts to relax after the busy days you will spend in our beautiful region. This old sheepfold that we renovated is minutes from the village of ROCHEMAURE. Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.

L'oustaou

Small cocoon of love, with magnificent views, 6 km from Aubenas. This shelter was self-built with eco-friendly materials. The walls are made of straw, wood and earthen coating. Beautiful wooden terrace, where it's nice to rest. A dirt road starts from the Oustaou for a short walk, and many other walks all around. Descriptions of hikes possible inside.
