I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Vilas' Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His instructions were clear and well-organized, making check-in and settling in seamless. The property itself was well-maintained and offered a comfortable and pleasant experience. The beach is at a walkable distance. The only downside was the lack of direct car access to the property. While there's ample space inside, we had to park a little further away. However, the overall hospitality and upkeep of the place more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this stay for those looking for a warm and well-managed Airbnb experience!

The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and soak in the coastal vibes!

We stayed at alex place for around 22 days. sangeetha received us to their place .she is very flexible with the dates and timing, they always try to accommodate our requests. The ambience around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lovely garden and trees. The kitchen and toilet is clean with all required stuff for comfortable stay .Sangeetha shared her garden produce with us which we enjoyed to the core .she shared poultry products too .Sangeetha’s in-laws are one of the loveliest people one would meet. They were very good with my parents who would often share their life experiences with each other. Overall we had a wholesome stay at aditis nest. We felt like home 🏡.Not to forget the youngest Host Aditi is the sweetest girl. Sangeetha and her family were very cooperative, proactive and always ready to help. They treated me and my parents as family. Highly recommend and would always go back to them for future stays.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

From the beginning Regi was very helpful and flexible. As we were coming from England, he realised from the beginning that we might need some extra help ,which he gave. Elsi who looks after the house and guests was fantastic. A really lovely lady who who went out of the way to help us. A real bonus for both the guests and Regi. A real 5* lady.

Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. If you’re someone who appreciates art and design, this is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss. I had a great time!

I felt right at home staying at this property. It was very aesthetic yet functional. The place had all necessary amenities and was located bang in the center of the city. It had access to cool cafes and restaurants. I loved the green cover within and outside the building. Overall it was a very pleasant and a calming stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

I had a great stay at Biju's place in Fort Kochi. The location is very peaceful with plenty of charming cafes nearby, perfect for relaxing and exploring. The stay was affordable and comfortable, offering good value for money. Biju was a good and supportive host—always helpful and responsive whenever needed. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A great location overlooking the backwaters, a thoughtfully done penthouse with a fully equipped kitchen and a helpful, responsive host. We really enjoyed our time here!

It is a beautiful flat and very spacious, and all the aminites were present in it. They also have very beautiful balcony garden. And the toilet were also very clean. Atlast ! It's an great deal

Felt like home away from home Excellent place for staying with family in kochi. Neat and well arranged Appartment. Peaceful stay with family Easily accessible to Infopark, nearby metro station etc Responsive host and very friendly Clear guidelines with proper explanations on the guidelines. Overall we had an excellent stay at kochi for 4 days.

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
