I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were really nice and gave us plenty of recommendations for Kochi. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable and is located in a quiet area. I highly recommend it!

Been there with family, the host is friendly. It’s a private property with backwater asses. Includes kayak for one person, a boat for four person.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this place- Koovalapoo Island Villa ! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by water, making it a peaceful and scenic retreat. The place was exactly as described in the listing—neat, clean, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Prasad, the caretaker, who made our experience even better by assisting with check-in and ensuring we got our meals on time. His hospitality was truly commendable. Overall, a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place was so beautiful and cozy. We had a very nice stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great place for some piece and quiet and yet so close to the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for people who intend to explore Kochi.

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

A true hidden gem.. This place exceeded all expectation in terms of comfort and style. The house is surrounded by backwaters, everyday waking up to such a stunning view was the highlight of our trip. We had an in house chef sheeba Chechi, must try are her fish curry, karimeen pollichadhu. We asked a no onion meal and she was so kind to prepare the food as per our needs. The host Mr Cherian was so humble, friendly and very responsive to our asks. The whole experience to traveling around in a boat/Jhankar was one of a kind. I would highly recommend this place anytime. We are already planning for another visit soon.

A home away from home, a sweet and cozy spot located at the banks of the backwaters. Must say the place squeky clean and very well maintained and the stand out part is it's unique design. Really loved the place and a special thanks to Deepu and his family for been such gracious hosts. Looking forward for another visit with my complete family.

Wow, such a gem is this stay, what a sweetheart are Vivek and his father and mother. We ate so cozy and delicious, also with the beautiful granddaughter and daughter-in-law. The second day, Vivek, along with his‘ bestie ’Aadi, took us to the annual Mahashivraratri festival, where thousands come together to celebrate and honor. Very impressive and super nice to experience with them. And the massage we took at the Panchakarma center was so relaxing and good. Add to that on a beautiful beach, delicious eateries by the sea and you will imagine yourself in paradise. Thank you, dear ones, ❤️🩵💎🥰
