Views of the bay and the gulf. Sounds of the sea caress the front deck while expansive windows in the living spaces and the back deck are awash in the glow of spectacular sunsets. Private beach on the bay side, perfect for the youngsters with no big waves or rip tides. Access to fluffy white sands of the gulf beaches are a short walk just across the way out the front door. The Getaway

This 1950 island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Many of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
