Seawind Resort has many recent upgrades, and is a beach front condo with balcony, 3 bedroom and 2 baths. The master bath was recently updated with a huge walk in shower. The 4th floor is the perfect floor, not too high, not too low, and the balcony has direct views of the ocean and can be accessed from both the living area and the Master Bedroom.
