Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

Views of the bay and the gulf. Sounds of the sea caress the front deck while expansive windows in the living spaces and the back deck are awash in the glow of spectacular sunsets. Private beach on the bay side, perfect for the youngsters with no big waves or rip tides. Access to fluffy white sands of the gulf beaches are a short walk just across the way out the front door. There've been some changes to Seasong. New walk-in shower, new deck chairs and remember those lost pixels in the TV?

This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Coyote’s Cabin Treehouse is 224 sq ft that sits up high on a bluff with Scarham creek below. Hot tub sits overlooking the creek. There’s no TV or WIFI. We only offer the noise of nature. Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home.
