It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.
