This completely renovated apartment is in excellent condition! The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end amenities. Everything is tidy, clean and in good condition. Special point on the magnificent bay window with direct sea view 50 m away... The private parking at the bottom of the building is very convenient. The listing description is perfectly respected in every way. We were able to walk every day along the beach with very nice access to the city center in about twenty minutes on foot. Paul is very kind, responsive and completely attentive. Recommended without reservation and we'll come back ourselves.
