Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

The small apartment has a bright, friendly ambience with a large terrace area and is impeccably clean. The owner lives in the same house. There is another neighbouring apartment, but it was not rented, so we were undisturbed and private. The garden is lovingly laid out. The location is quiet, except for the neighbour's constantly running pump. The landlady has always been available, check in and out quickly and easily. Thanks so much

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

The outdoor spaces and the house are beautiful. Very pleasant and perfectly maintained, the premises were a haven of peace for our family stay. Our host has thought out the whole house very well as well as the clean decoration. Everything you need for a great week. Perfect garden and pool for young and old. Thanks again, see you soon.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We stayed here in October with our multigenerational family, including 2 kids, and it was perfect. Great access to the beach, hikes, and town of Cargèse. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!

Beautiful and impeccable house! Jean Félix and Yohan are super responsive and super flexible for arrival and departure times! Small downside for the pool which had a start-up and cleaning problem, but we were still able to enjoy it! Beautiful geographical location to enjoy the quiet and the view of the mountains! An idyllic stay, in a green setting on the pool side and a splendid sea view with glowing sunsets... The villa is spacious, we breathe because it is through at the level of the living space. An address like we love them, to keep!

Excellent place near Ajaccio. Beautiful apartment, very functional and complete. The view is beautiful and the environment is quiet. Cedric is a very good host and is attentive if you need help or advice. We loved the pool and the terrace that surrounds it. We recommend this listing and will definitely come back!

Great experience at the Villa! We stayed there for a week as a family and highly recommend this Airbnb for its quality, cleanliness, size, not to mention the large pool and all the pool toys available for children. A great stay in a very pleasant environment. The house is very functional with a very practical sleeping area with the children, the garden is great and the environment very quiet. In addition, Élodie and her partner are very responsive! You can go there without so much as a second thought

We had a great stay, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of interest and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very appreciable, special mention to the audio system which is very pleasant and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humoured person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very well and is available if needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on the places to visit, as well as on the good addresses of the area, which was very much appreciated. I can only recommend this accommodation, and especially the host service provided by PV which is up to the rating, if not more! A big thank you for this stay and your valuable advice! Good luck. superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.
