Beachfront holiday rental in Ain

My dog and I had a pleasant stay at this place. The apartment is functional, modern, clean and conveniently located - the lake view is a real asset, and everything is within walking distance. The listing was as described, and Farid's responsiveness is to be highlighted. Recommended!

Completely amazing! I came with a few friends for two birthdays and it was exactly what we wanted - an incredible view, we woke up every morning still thinking it wasn’t real! Lots of places to either sun bathe or hide from the sun, easy to get to the lake, quiet, just excellent. Kevin was also incredibly helpful!

We had a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, perfect for discovering the region. Hyper cocoon home built around a surprising secure cave accessible from the dining room. Well worth a day trip!!! Special mention to Sophie's mother who warmly welcomed us for the key exchange... and who was responsive during the stay when necessary. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable accommodation in a very nice environment, with Lake Bourget under the windows. The winter atmosphere is very special, but it deprived us of a beautiful terrace. It should just be noted that the village offers no amenities and that you have to plan ahead before arriving, especially for food...

Everything was perfect! We had a pleasant stay in a heavenly environment. The immediate proximity of the lake is just amazing and allowed us to enjoy the paddles all day. Not to mention the breathtaking view that didn't make us want to go out for dinner in the evening; we preferred to enjoy the terrace and this incredible setting. The studio is cute and really well-equipped, we did not lack anything and appreciated the touches offered by Catherine. The bikes available are also very useful for getting to Annecy or shopping at nearby stores without using your vehicle. As for Catherine and her husband, they are very friendly hosts with whom we enjoyed talking. In short, our best rental near Annecy to date and we hope to come back very soon.

Very good stay at Dan's in a very quiet area, with shutters to obscure the light, little opposite, close to the lake, and buses at the foot of the building. Convenient and minimalist, very good for a short stay 👍

We had a great time at Nanou's. Perfect, clean, spacious accommodation with 2 terraces depending on the location of the sun. Very well equipped, satisfactory amount of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer. The accommodation is temperate if you close all the shutters of the rooms in the sun during the day. It was very nice and warm during our stay but we did not suffer from the heat at night. Accommodation 100 m from the lake with a very small beach. Another larger one is a 15-minute walk away. Bike path at the end of the road that goes around the lake. Electric bike available in Sevrier and Annecy set up by the municipality, 1st half hour free, free buses all around the lake in July and August, perfect for getting around. Beautiful places to visit, I recommend ++ only downside is the prices are unaffordable in Annecy, the restaurants are very expensive. To conclude I really recommend Nanou's house, a great place to share.

Splendid home with an incredibly view. Free summer bus, nearby activity, restaurant, bar. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained. We can't wait to come back!

Very cute apartment located just outside the old town. Very easy access to everything. Hugo is very responsive which is a plus. The apartment has everything you need to cook if you don't feel like eating out. We'd love to come back during our next visit!

The photos don’t do this apartment justice! Great views from the private balcony & plenty of space for a group. Would definitely return.

The property is true to the photos with a magnificent view. Lots of amenities available which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I'll just add a small downside to the hot/ cold water settings in the shower that wasn't working. I recommend this beautiful place!

Excellent and friendly hosts great apartment in a very convenient location. Note if you’re tall the loft can get a bit troublesome as some areas quite short and having to duck.. other than thatgreat apartment.
