Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Our spacious and fully equipped apartment "Anke-Rose" is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find a quiet oasis in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet, as well as a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony, you can end your day of vacation with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards. Another room allows more than 2 guests to stay.

In addition to the opportunity to rest, relax, slow down and feel good in an aesthetic ambience, the 60sqm loft offers the immediate location on the edge of the forest, which invites you to go hiking with breathtaking views or remote paths in the Siebengebirge. As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht) Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Cozy apartment with beautiful terrace in the historic old town of Ahrweiler The approx. 60 m² apartment is quietly located in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler, just 50 m from the historic market square. Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Accommodation includes a bathroom and a balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and the centre of Beuel is about 10 minutes away. ( cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.

Our apartment is located in an Art Nouveau residential building in the vicinity of Bad Neuenahr and in the immediate vicinity of parks and bike paths. Thanks to innovative room design and a lot of love for detail, the apartment on the ground floor was newly renovated in 2022 and also newly furnished. There is also a covered patio in the courtyard. A parking space for your car is also right outside the front door.
