Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Unser "Häuschen" liegt direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus, als Teil eines alten Mühlhofes! Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden! ALLE, DIE MEHR KOMFORT SUCHEN, SCHAUT EUCH MEIN ANDERES INSERAT AN!

Small two-room cottage

Das von unserem Wohnhaus unabhängige Häuschen (wir wohnen auf demselben Grundstück) besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. In dem Wohnraum mit kleiner Couch,die nicht zum Schlafen geeignet ist,und Esstisch befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.

Beautiful, newly renovated guest house with approx. 50 square meters in the heart of Rhöndorf. With its own small garden, covered seating and private entrance. Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

Small two-story vacation home. On the ground floor there is storage space for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.
