Holiday rentals with a patio in Ahrensfelde

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Great stay in Sascha's apartment! It was a pleasure to enjoy all the services including the terraces, plus in a quiet location, close to the historic centre. I recommend it!!

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. We had a gorgeous stay at Rafael and Sandra’s. The place was everything we wanted and more. Great location in a vacation-vibe area outside of Berlin, with amazing surrounding restaurants. Rafael and Sandra were so friendly and generous with their help and invitations to join BBQ. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessities and extras. Cats were friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be back when we are in Berlin again! Thank you deeply Rafael and Sandra.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from all the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. We will be happy to come back! Andrea and Sigurd

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, in which various resting places are available. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

We had a great week's holiday in Germany near Berlin while staying in the countryside, very quiet, peaceful, not far from a few villages with shops and restaurants. Very functional, complete, clean, large accommodation with 2 bedrooms, the small landing with armchairs for reading and view of the small water point at the end of the street was much appreciated by the family. We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Well, what can you say about that? Spend the night in a very tastefully renovated villa. Technically up to date - with all comforts (... and back) furnished. Lovingly furnished with great details. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of all the amenities due to lack of time. The opportunity to start the day on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning is particularly nice!! Anja & Markus are super warm, communicative and always approachable. All in all: an extraordinary accommodation with extraordinary hosts.

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
