The house offers 2 bedrooms, a large living room with tiled stove, a kitchen with dining table and children's chair, as well as an old fashioned wood burning stove. We also of course have a toilet, and a washing room Bed linen and towels included :)

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Renoverad (2016) stuga med egen strandtomt och båt vid sjön Noen. Båt tillgänglig april-oktober. Till huset hör en stor altan med utsikt över sjön. Kvällssol från sjön mot altan. Stor gräsmatta med gott om plats för lek, grillning och umgänge. Njut av lugnet och hyr vår vedeldade badtunna

A fantastic stay in a private and peaceful accommodation, perfect for our group of eight. The host was warm and welcoming, and the accommodation fresh and well-equipped. Being able to charge an electric car was a big plus. The magical place and harmonious atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended, we are already looking forward to returning!

What a wonderful place this was to stay for a few days. The house has all the comforts. We have been able to use the BBQ, Sauna and all other facilities of the house! Including the highly valued Sonos installation. In addition, the house is located in a quiet but beautiful environment where it is also possible to take an evening walk. Finally, we would like to thank Nicklas for his quick and pleasant communication. We would definitely like to come back here in the future!
