Located in Mils (15 km from Innsbruck), this beautiful Tyrolean farmhouse is around 650 years old. From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.
