Nice terrace from the kitchen and a nice enclosed garden with space for ball games. Separate basement apartment. Good bus connections to the city center and easy access to the E45.

Here you will find beautiful nature in the backyard, but it is still only 15 minutes from Aarhus city center by car or 20 minutes by bike. Two of the houses have thatched roofs and half-timbering in the old Danish style. The house is a 5-minute drive from Aarhus city center, which can also be easily reached by a 10-minute bus or bike ride. There are 1-3 bicycles available (to be agreed upon).
