The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

At Lyngsbæk Strand near Ebeltoft and only a 5-6 minute walk from the beach, this holiday home is at the end of a dead end road. The house: Lovely living room, furnished with wood-burning stove, chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) 2 single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large lovely garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED AFTER STAYS WITH 3.95 KR/kWH

Private sandy beach and sauna

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which are also connected to Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Summer house in Mols Bjerge

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Lovely private garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Child-friendly beach, mini golf and ice cream parlours nearby. 2 Pets allowed. There is a low fence around the property. Please bring bed linen and towels. Dinghy and Sup boards can be used free of charge (see pictures) Electricity: 4 kr./kWh, billed according to consumption
