With 6 minutes to the E45, the place is suitable as a starting point for experiences in Vendsyssel.

South-facing balcony, and three large rooms, one of which has office facilities. Located within walking distance of the city center (ten-minute walk), five-minute walk from the marina and street food. The apartment is in a back house, with no other than this, with a courtyard environment all the way around. So no noise sources, you don't feel that you are close to the city center. Private parking space in the yard.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views over most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a ping-pong table, foosball, basketball hoop and training room, so there is plenty of opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here, there's a nice view. There is a small chicken coop in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

I kælderen findes et mindre træningsrum med udstyr og et vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. + terrasse med opvarmet terrassepool, legetårn og trampolin. El ikke inkluderet.

The main house has a kitchen-all-room, bathroom and toilet, back room with washing machine and dryer, and 3 rooms on 1 floor. I will be staying in the extension myself. I have 2 peaceful white sheepdogs and 3 cats The house is located in the old town with a well-functioning playground “Pletten” nearby. 1 km to shopping and 10 km to a good beach (see Pia's guidebook for more experiences) As for pets, I can make exceptions. Inquire when booking. No smoking allowed inside the house

Relax in this unique and quiet home, located right by Mariager Fjord. A few kilometers to idyllic Mariager. This little gem is located in Dania, a unique area with beautiful yellow workers' houses. Close to walks in the woods and of course by the fjord. You can sit right outside the door and enjoy your food overlooking the fjord, or go a little down the road and swim from the brand new bathing bridge.
