The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a small toilet, and on the ground floor, there is a small bedroom, a TV lounge and a dining room, with the option of extra bedding in the TV lounge. The property has a private south-facing garden with morning and afternoon sun and a common courtyard where the morning sun can also be enjoyed. From inside the dining room you can see the beautiful sunset and the view of the fields.

Villa Sofie, Lillehus (Carl)

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor, there is a small beach and a wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in LilleHus (27 m2) there are two beds, a bathroom and a small kitchen with air fryer, hob/microwave. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of StoreHus with room for 2-4. Find them together as well.

Right on the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 m from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location allows you to have great nature experiences, good hikes, running and mountain bike routes and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences that Bornholm offers. The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and contains all the basics for a good vacation. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, and there are bus connections close by and free parking.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret  køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og to hylder i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.
