The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

All kitchen facilities are present, so you can make fantastic food for all your guests. Newly furnished with 3 new double beds and 1 new sofa bed. Wood stove for heating, if you want extra coziness, and or supplement with electric panels and heat pump. Functional bathroom with shower. Lovely garden for fun and play

Hammershusvej 15B - Sandvig's first school from 1855

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.
