Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 17th arrondissement

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location away from the tourist hot spots, yet just a short metro ride away from the busier areas when desired. It had everything we needed for our stay including a washer/dryer which was essential for our trip. Instructions were clear. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again someday!

Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

💎Hidden gem you don’t want to miss!! Everyone should experience staying at The Edgar Suites Montmartre at least once in their Paris life! The rooms are stunningly updated, literally has everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. While the rooms and entire property are pristine, the best part is the staff and communication. Edgar was on site and responded immediately to any needs or concerns and went above and beyond to help us enjoy a perfect few days at the property. The property is also perfectly located in Montmartre- you have access to Sacre Cœur just up the staircase next to the property, down the hill to the metro and incredible restaurants and coffee shop right outside the door. Truly THE PERFECT place to stay in Montmartre and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to everyone 1,000%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Edgar and Team! À bientôt! 😊

The apartment is great. Modern and well equipped. I would add some ventilation, either some extra fans or A/C. It’s inside a nice neighborhood and safe area, but I wouldn’t sleep with the windows open because it’s the 1st floor. The apartment is very hot. Besides that, the price is a little too much for what you get. I understand it’s Paris and that’s the norm, but it’s a bit unfair. Besides that, it’s a good place to stay in Paris.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

We enjoyed 4 great days in Ari's apartment with child. The apartment is very nicely furnished, practically equipped and has a great location. We felt like at home and would have liked to stay. Communication with Aris was very straightforward. We received all the necessary and helpful information and got answers to our questions immediately.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
