Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Charming Appartement in Paris - 2 pièces

Enjoy an elegant and recent renovated flat with easy access to main transportations, multiple restaurants options nearby in a typical Parisian neighborhood. Very luminous flat, bigger than typical apartments in Paris and nicely decorated with a charming touch. Feel the Parisian vibe in a neighborhood surrounded by local markets, cafés and stores with easy access to main attractions: 5 min line 14 direct to Orly airport, 7 min line 2 & 3. I am happy to welcome you! No elevator, only 4 floor! :)

Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Relax in this quiet and elegant apartment, located in the heart of the charming district of Batignolles. Cosy, design and bright, it offers all the desired comfort and a beautiful view of the lush garden of the building, which gives it the feel of a house in Paris! Ideally served by lines 14, 13, 3, 2 and L. Located 15 min from the Sacré-Cœur, 20 min from the Arc de Triomphe, 25 min from the Louvre, 30 min from the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame and 45 min from the Château de Versailles.

From the living-room, the kitchen or the room enjoy a superb view on the roofs of the city, from Montmartre to the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris! Enjoy a typical Parisian home, well-equipped, bright and very comfortable. Very quiet accommodation on a courtyard, on a peaceful street, in the heart of the Parisian ecosystem: a short walk to Rue de Trévise. Less than a 20-minute walk: the Louvre, the Tuileries, the Seine, the Opéra Garnier, department stores... Within a 5-minute walk: metro lines 7, 8 and 9. Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are within a 15-minute walk.

Superb spacious and bright apartment

Spacious and bright apartment in vintage style, located in Batignolles. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and even a turntable. The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a sofa convertible into a queen size bed. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.

Our beautiful spacious and bright apartment benefits from an ideal location close to many restaurants, transport lines and direct access to the iconic places of Paris. We had a great stay at Clara's lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The two metro stations are walking distance and we used both. The apartment and metro's work well for the main landmarks of Paris. We did not find any local restaurants open at the weekend, but more cafes during the day in the week suggesting this is a commuter area. However there is a local supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Clara.

I stayed at this loft apartment for two weeks during the Olympics. It worked really well for me, being central to the various sporting venues and museums. Paris was relatively empty therefore travel and logistics were a dream, although I did use taxis a fair amount. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and was serviced once during my stay. Supermarket was very close and a number of small restaurants in the street but obvious up market restaurants are all close by. All up very happy with my stay & loft apartment.

I had a great stay at Marie Charlie’s place. The apartment is located in a very chsrming neighborhood. I liked both the location and the house itself; it felt comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Marie Charlie was excellent. One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big problem, but it was a bit of a challenge with my large suitcase. I managed just fine and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay.

Loved Louis place it was an incredible location near great stores and restaurants! The apartment is so well lit and cozy it was the perfect place to come home to after a long day. Highly recommend for longer stints— my almost two weeks were amazing here. Thanks Louis!!!
