Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

This top-floor with elevator apartment is 35 square meters, has south exposure and two small balconies, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Situated in a peaceful and very green private back alley. Perfect spot to relax and spend some time while visiting Paris, with easy access to many subway and bus stations.
