Villa holiday rentals in 12th arrondissement

Very nice house, well appointed and equipped. We had a great time with the family with our two children. The city center is 10 min walk with all the necessary shops. It was perfect!

Present at arrival and departure, they were attentive and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We did not try the sofa bed, but we sit well, so... Please note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, loungers and deckchairs make it possible to isolate yourself to book. We had the chance to see it sunny all day. It is a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It is a beautiful old property in a fantastic location. In particular we appreciated the open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, and the pretty courtyard with roses. The house is secure with a big solid gate on the road. We were delighted to find that the house is close to the Roland Garros tennis stadium. There is also a hotel nearby called the Molitor which has a wonderful history from the 1920s and is worth checking out for the rooftop bar and a view of the pool. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk or less - if we had more time we would have spent more time in the area near the metro station Boulogne Jean Jaures (line 10). Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Stayed at Host Waoue for work, and it was like being at home. Very clean and tidy accommodation, and convenient to the place of interest. We felt very comfortable, it is a nice house with very good amenities, overall very clean, great garden. Our questions were always responded to immediately. The location is fine, but you should plan an hour to get to the Eiffel Tower. Opening the house is done with an app, which was not easy for everyone in the group.

It was perfect. Very comfortable, easy to get to. And Alexandra was very accommodating with checkout times. Thanks again, we had a lovely time.

Eric’s place was just what we needed. It was a bit dated but perhaps that added to the charm? The bathrooms and kitchen worked fine. The bed was comfy and everyone was happy. Quick walk to the train was nice too.

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion...) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul-Henry and Anne-Marie’s place, it was a perfect setting for a larger group. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious, the communal areas are very well thought out. There is a bakery and supermarket close by which was very handy. Anne-Marie was flexible with check in and check out times and responded quickly when messaged. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's. We were able to celebrate our daughter's baptism there, and welcome our family. The access instructions are very clear, the communication was excellent from the beginning to the end of the exchanges. The house is spacious, with a large garden garden. Catherine leaves games available for children, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A big thank you!

We had a great week visiting the Olympics while staying at Philippe's amazing place. It's not a boutique hotel rip-off with the usual bland AirBnB aesthetics but somebody's actual home, and somebody who has a great taste in interior design. I wish our home would look like this! Montreuil is far enough from central Paris to be quiet (August helps) and almost feels like a village when walking to the bakery and one of the small supermarkets. Yet the metro is a 15 min walk away and offers frequent and convenient travel into the centre. One tiny word of warning: don't turn your back on Luna the resident cat while there is food on the table, she is fast.

We rented this Airbnb for an EVJF, and it was a great experience! No parties inside, but certainly no boredom. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well-equipped for a good time. Between foosball, the basketball basket, the football field, the trampoline, the pool, the barbecue and even Netflix for relaxing evenings, everyone finds their happiness. Sonia is an exceptional host, responsive and very attentive. The hosting was perfect. I had read a few reviews about surveillance cameras, but I want to clarify that we're definitely not filmed. The villa is simply connected and well equipped which really facilitates the stay. I will be back without hesitation, whether with friends or family. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. Thank you to Sonia and her husband for their kindness and hospitality!

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.

The house is large and well-equipped, close to CDG, which we wanted. Excellent communication with Emmanuelle. I recommend it!

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

The house is perfect it is even more beautiful in real life. It's spacious and very clean. It contains many amenities, we lacked nothing. Nafi is a huge kindness, she is very responsive and available. I would recommend it 100%
