Holiday rentals with lake access in 12th arrondissement

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

The accommodation is easy to access with metro line 1, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and bed linen, towels, coffee are provided. The small disadvantage is that there is no blackout curtain in front of one of the two windows of the living room, those who slept in this room were bothered by the light.

Very good apartment, it was comfortable, easy to access, it has a dryer. We had a few rainy days and it helped us a lot to be able to have dry clothes. The area was quite quiet at night, you couldn't hear a sound so you could sleep very well. The sofa bed was quite comfortable

We had a very nice 6 night stay at Olivier’s place. It was as described and came with clear instructions. The place is quite compact with limited privacy but is perfect for couples or solo travellers! The RER station is about 25-30 min walk away which is convenient and walkable and provides easy travel to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Would definitely recommend!

Ana was so responsive from the moment I contacted her and even adjusted the availability on the days so that we could stay for the time we had planned. Her apartment is lovely, bright, quiet and comfortable. The area has a warm and inviting community feel with a lovely clean main street full of boutique shops, cafe’s, groceries which is so pleasant to take a stroll down. It’s nice being out of the centre of Paris and is perfect for young children as there is a huge park close by with lots of things to do including a zoo, theme park and lakes to go boating on. I would highly recommend staying here as the area is lovely and quiet, the apartment is beautiful and homely and Ana is the perfect host, who went out of her way to help us throughout and after our stay.

we stayed 6 days at Pascales house. we enjoyed it. close to metro, busses, supermarkets and restaurants. we felt very safe in the neighborhood. thank you very much for using your home.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city centre of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centres can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

Very good communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was clean, warm and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
