Great place! Adrien was very nice and responsive when we needed help. definitely recommend this place. Public transportation was very near about 3 min walk everything was perfect.

We stayed 12 nights at Laurent’s place. The apartment is super clean, has everything you may need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a great shower, and a superb location. There are 3 metro lines, lots of buses, but you can also walk along the canal, down to the Seine, and be in central Paris in less than a half hour. Lots of cafe and restaurants close by. Laurent left very detailed explanations on how to use the appliances in the apartment, and sent us videos to explain how to check in which made that process really easy. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates we found upon arrival. Laurent sent texts during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and even offering help to order a taxi to the airport. Do not hesitate to book this place! A+++

Really good experience. the apartment is clean, tidy and silent. Good atmosphere and feel like home. Celine has been clear and friendly since the booking and gave all the informations needed. The location is really nice, supermarkets and other shops are really close to the house. Really raccomended

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

If you visit Paris and want to live peacefully yet be closer to everything then this apartment is the place to be. Tastefully done, super clean, vey good safety and so well equipped with everything! It's a charming two-room apartment on the second floor in the back of an old building. It looks like this is a really inhabited apartment, which was a pleasant surprise, because there are many other offers. Correspondingly well equipped, the apartment is especially the kitchen. Since we like to cook ourselves, it was a great advantage. The apartment is well shielded from traffic and street noise due to the back house location. Florie was always quick and easy to reach and she always responded kindly and flexibly to our requests and requests, which was great.

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

In addition to being very well located, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decoration is neat, and the neighborhood is simply perfect. Don't hesitate!

We felt right at home! The apartment is cozy, clean and the furniture and decor are well maintained. It is located in a quiet area but with many convenient services nearby. Guillaume has always been responsive to all communication and has been super flexible regarding check-in and check-out times, meeting our needs. Recommended!

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

The flat is very spacious and the terrace is enormous with very good furniture. Bathroom too is a good size with a fab shower. Everything you need is there and the communication with and by the owners is exceptional...we had a couple of minor issues that they resolved immediately and were super supportive. The flat is very handy for the metro ( direct line to the centre) just a few steps away and with great shops and cafe's locally too. Should also mention as a plus that the local area is not too 'touristy' and you feel very much part of a Paris residential area. If its free on our next visit to Paris we are booking...

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
