The "Bercy" metro station is at the end of the street (lines 6 and 14, ideal for exploring the city) and the Gare de Lyon is nearby (10-min walk) The "cleaning fee" includes linens.

Superb Haussmannian apartment, renovated by an architect, designer decor, offering calm and tranquility on the courtyard for 2 people. Elevator and queen size bed. Ideally located on "Square Trousseau", close to the famous Aligre market and the Marais. Many excellent restaurants, wine bars. Metro line 8 is 2 minutes away. Wooded park in front of the building. Lively, central and very well-served neighborhood. I try to give my tourists flexibility for check-ins/outs.

It is far from the urban hustle and bustle and close to all amenities (bar, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro...). Parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

We welcome you to this atypical 30 m2 apartment, located in our house but totally independent, close to Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo and Bois de Vincennes. On a typical Parisian street, very cute and very quiet (one-way, no cars parked), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2024. The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.
