Monthly Rentals in 12th arrondissement

Stayed for a whole month and had absolutely everything I needed. Impeccable location and so clean and new. Great stay and hosts! 10/10 recommend

We were kindly welcomed. The apartment was very neat and stylishly decorated. There are nice bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the metro station. Communication was good due to quick response. In short, good stay for a week in Paris. 5 stars!

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

A very lovely, peaceful, and homely place to stay. The surroundings are green, and the connection to the city is convenient. Clear and straightforward instructions from the host, along with warm and friendly communication. Highly recommended!
