I have lovingly furnished this dreamy cottage. It is located close to the edge of the forest, overlooking Hammelbach and nature. Guests have a fenced garden to themselves. On the first floor and second floor there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and living/dining area (kitchen attached). The price for 2 people is for one bedroom. Outdoor pool, cafes, restaurants, boule and bowling alley, sound hiking trail within walking distance. Dog(s) welcome on request, no cats. Not suitable for fitters. Tourist tax €0.70 per person/day (on site)

One of the oldest houses in Zwingenberg, built before 1767, it is located in the middle of Zwingenberg's old town. Lovingly restored, it offers old charm with modern comfort. 100 sqm, the house offers space for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living-dining room, inviting you to social evenings. In addition to a shower room on the 1st floor, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities. Cats are not allowed in our accommodation.

Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

The garden can be used. The location is absolutely quiet in a side street in the Bessungen district not far from the Orangery (park).

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping is 3 minutes by car I will be at your disposal for more information. Approximately 500 m on foot from the apartment, there is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.
