It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owner).

Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
