Holiday rentals with beach access in Zürich

We had a very nice and quiet stay in Meilen. Perfectly positioned for both visiting the beautiful city of Zürich as for exploring the wonderful surroundings of the lake. Communication was very kind and fast, Liv did a great job there.

Ahmad is a wonderful host - very warm and welcoming, and great with communication. The location right on the lake is spectacular! Also very convenient to the train and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here. Family of 4 and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Akiko’s place was lovely and clean and had a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, lounge area and even an outside space to enjoy the sun. The bathroom/shower was great too. Was a few miles outside of Zurich but really close to train, bus & ferry stops that get you into the city quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Zurich and I would definitely stay here again.

Christina was the ideal host, no less last week than during my initial stay in Spring 2024. She even went out of her way to set-up the back patio to the guest house, which was a treat with a beautiful view on this property located on the Zurich's Gold Coast. Although I would like to keep this location a secret, I must admit that it is a great stay --- I hope to be Christina's guest again. Thank you, Christina!

This was a spacious, light-filled apartment that was perfect for our stay in Erlenbach. Hans was a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is near the train line, but that was not a problem. The apartment was actually very peaceful and quiet - especially at night.

Lovely flat with balcony and great public transport connections and shops nearby; Lake Zurich and possibilities for ‘wild’ swimming’ only 5 minutes walking away…Karen’s place fulfilled all our needs…

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Staying with Marie and Jürg was very relaxed. Marie welcomed us and also asked in between by messenger to see if everything was okay in this way. In the fridge we always found fine cheese, Grison meat, herbs, yogurt, butter, jam, milk and juice for breakfast. In addition, there was coffee (machine with pads), fresh breads, cereals and honey. The apartment is quietly located with a parking space in front of the door, very clean, well maintained, and practical. Very nice is the distant view, which you can enjoy in the conservatory from the dining table, an entire window front long. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back:)

Anne is a nice person with a gorgeous cat! I enjoyed spending time with both of them and I also had an interesting Functional Integration session with Anne. It is true that this place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is very quiet here, the local town is a bit limited but it is only one train stop to Shauffhausen which is a lovely town and has lots of eating and sightseeing options. The highlight of the area is the famous Rhein Falls which are only a short walk from the house and are beautiful. You can even go swimming in the Rhein nearby (which I loved thanks to the recommendation by Anne). Also, the world's first self-driving bus trial is happening in the local town so that's an interesting and very unique thing to experience while you are here. Overall this was a very pleasant stay. Very beautiful, by the Rhine, very close to the Rhine Falls. The owner's cat is very cute and welcomes guests!

Stein am Rhein is a beautiful tiny town from a fairy tale, surrounded by vineyards. Alen ‘s place is located very close to the town centre and is very clean and comfortable. When we. needed help with the sofa, Alen was there to assist us in less than a minute. A bottle of Prosecco we received as a welcome gift was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Alen’s apartment without any reserv,ations.

We had a very nice stay with Amanda and Will. Their place is an easy walk to the Lindt factory and the lake is very close. We were travelling with a young child and the washer and dryer and ability to cook were a huge plus. Public transit by bus or boat are a few minutes away on foot. A great place and a great neighborhood.

The apartment is well furnished, the surroundings is quiet and very nice. Host was nice and friendly.
