Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious property in Landsmeer offers comfortable accommodation for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 toilets (downstairs) and a garden. Close to the bustling city, on the edge of a nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam by public transport. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space in a quiet and historic village and be in down town Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The place is situated in the center of an old 16th century Dutch village. It is a five minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute bus ride to Amsterdam. Buses go very frequent. It has all the comfort you need for a longer stay including cooking facilities and a washing machine. Obviously free wifi an acces to various TV streaming services.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

It is the place to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bikes.
