Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. This lovely, bright and beautifully decorated 5-person apartment can be rented on one of the most beautiful streets in the village of Zouteland. It was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is on the ground floor in a house with a total of 5 apartments. In the garden there is a private garden shed available with garden table and chairs, small kitchen with fridge, barbecue and washing machine. The beach is 100 meters away and shops and restaurants only 300 meters away.

New holiday home built in 2021 in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) features a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combi microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached vacation home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where there are nice shops and restaurants. From the park you can walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking routes.

Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.
