My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

The beach and promenade are only 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. Strandhuiszeeland is luxuriously furnished and has all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is new and very fully equipped in 2022. In the utility room, there is a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a box-spring from Swiss Sense. In the living room, you can enjoy a beach walk on a lovely lounge sofa. There is TV and (Bluetooth) stereo, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
