Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Water lily lodge is located in a wooded area near a beautiful pond in the garden (5600m2) of a residential villa. A romantic weekend getaway, relax and experience the silence on our floating terrace or relax in the Hot tub or Barrel sauna (use free) Luxurious decor with all comforts. The lodge is on the edge of a nature reserve with many hiking and biking routes. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent and also the coast are nearby. On one of the most beautiful streets in the village of Zouteland, this lovely, bright and beautifully furnished 5-person apartment is for rent. It was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is located on the ground floor in a house with a total of 5 apartments. In the garden, a private garden house is available with garden table and chairs, small kitchen with refrigerator, barbecue and washing machine. The beach is 100 meters away and shops and restaurants are only 300 meters away.

Feel welcome in this newly renovated studio of 31m2 with comfortable sofa, sheltered roof terrace and modern kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. The bedroom is bright and fresh, as are the toilet and the bathroom with rain shower. Our studio is brand new and equipped with every comfort. The studio has a loft-like character with a separate toilet and bathroom. You have a full kitchen including dishwasher and you can enjoy the private balcony facing south.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Olijfje in the village - right by the sea

Private Suite, where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful teak elements, but at the same time be right in the village and close to the beach, free parking and equipped with every comfort for a great time. The room is named Olijfje after her older sister in Spain.
