Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Indulge yourself and come enjoy each other by the sea. This new penthouse has all the comforts and modern amenities. In addition to a bedroom with large smart TV, a kitchenette and a bathroom, there are 2 large wooden terraces, 1 with side sea view, an outdoor pool and an outdoor shower, as well as sun loungers and an electric BBQ.

Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. This cozy two-room apartment features a living room with cozy sitting area and dining table, a separate bedroom and a kitchen with everything for a comfortable stay. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
