We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern house and were able to relax wonderfully! The terrace is wonderful with a view of the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The occasional noise from the neighbouring construction site described hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean and modern with a nice shower. The toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, but that did not bother us. The only thing we missed was a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

A wonderful spot. Beautiful setting and a lovely villa with a spectacular view. The walk into town is fine (15 mins downhill) and lots of restaurants there to visit. La Voile Rouge is a great place on the beach. The villa is really well equipped, especially for babies (steriliser, baby cutlery, cot, high chair, blender, etc). Jessica is a fantastic host - always responsive and really helpful which makes such a difference. She helped us have a fantastic holiday and we’d definitely return.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for football and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! Equipment level everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

We had a lovely week with friends with our teenagers. What a pleasure to enjoy breakfasts and barbecues facing the sea! The configuration and amenities of the house allow you to be very comfortable in a large group. Thanks to Lylian for hosting us.

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

We had a great time staying at this house! Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The cleanliness was impeccable, the decoration neat and warm, and every detail seemed to have been designed to offer comfort and well-being. The heated pool was just perfect for relaxing as a couple, at any hour of the day. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. The neighborhood is peaceful, perfect for resting and enjoying. Hélène was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We would recommend this house without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had an absolutely exceptional stay in this dream villa located on the beautiful Route des Sanguinaires. As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the panoramic view of the sea — each sunset was a real spectacle. The setting is simply idyllic, between the sea and the maquis, in absolute calm. The villa is decorated with exquisite taste, spacious, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Everything has been designed to offer comfort, serenity and well-being. You immediately feel at home, but in a luxury version. A huge thank you also to the concierge service, which was at the top of the top throughout our stay. Available, attentive, discreet, they were able to respond to all our requests with great kindness, whether for local recommendations. We leave with memories in our heads, a light heart and only one desire: to return as soon as possible!!!

What can I say about this week spent in this beautiful villa "on the water's edge"? It was simply magical! Between the ultra-equipped house, the stunning sea views and this charming little private garden that led us directly to an almost private beach, we were in paradise. The return to reality is a little rough after such an enchanting break, but we have memories full of our heads and a smile that doesn't want to fade away. We are already seriously thinking about coming back next year for a new dose of happiness! Very good stay at this large and beautiful villa! The outside is nice and spacious with heated pool, petanque court... Large, very functional common area at its best! Good location for beaches and hikes Quality performance. I recommend 👍

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very caring. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Incredible week in this villa. Special memories were made. It would be helpful if the place had basic items such as salt, olive oil, extra trash bags, and paper goods on hand but otherwise it was a perfect stay.
