Wir haben uns in dem sauberen, modern eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns prima erholen! Die Terrasse ist herrlich mit Blick auf die Berge und nicht einsehbar, also mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Ein kleiner Pool und Liegestühle laden zu Erfrischung und Entspannung ein, einfach wunderbar! Der beschriebene gelegentliche Lärm der Nachbarbaustelle hat uns kaum tangiert. Der Kontakt mit Charlotte war perfekt, sie war immer erreichbar und die Tipps und Restaurant Vorschläge waren super. Das Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein, aber sauber und modern mit einer schönen Dusche. Die Toilette ist allerdings im Erdgeschoss und nicht im Bad, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Einzig haben wir einen Ganzkörperspiegel vermisst. Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ist vorhanden, die gut funktioniert und bei Temperaturen von über 30° Anfang Juni absolut notwendig war. Die Lage ist super, Auto nötig!

A wonderful spot. Beautiful setting and a lovely villa with a spectacular view. The walk into town is fine (15 mins downhill) and lots of restaurants there to visit. La Voile Rouge is a great place on the beach. The villa is really well equipped, especially for babies (steriliser, baby cutlery, cot, high chair, blender, etc). Jessica is a fantastic host - always responsive and really helpful which makes such a difference. She helped us have a fantastic holiday and we’d definitely return.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Villa d’exception face à au Golfe de Porto-Vecchio ! Se réveiller face à la mer dans ce contexte est juste magique ! Maison épurée et très fonctionnelle ! Nous étions 13 adultes sans avoir le sentiment d’être les uns sur les autres bien au contraire, elle est même plus grande que ce qu’elle peut paraître sur les photos. Piscine, terrain en contrebas pour faire du foot et un terrain de pétanque + accès à la mer privatif, au top ! Niveau équipement tout est bien pensé, un débarras avec un second frigo et des espaces qui permettent de se détendre dans le patio, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur ! Les grands baie vitrées rétractables permettent une fois ouvertes d’offrir une immense pièce de vie. Nous avons passé un excellent moment durant un peu + de 4 jours, idéalement situé près de Porto-Vecchio et à 30 minutes de l’aéroport, que demander de plus. Je recommande bien évidement cette location où Cédric a su répondre avec pro activité aux quelques rares questions que nous avions ! TOP

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis avec nos ados. Quel plaisir de profiter des petits déjeuners et barbecues face à la mer ! La configuration et les équipements de la maison permettent d'être très à l'aise en grand groupe. Merci à Lylian pour son accueil.

Wir waren eine Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern in diesem traumhaften Haus zu Gast. Wir sind alle viel gereist und haben zahlreiche Airbnb-Wohnungen gemietet, aber die Villa in Cala Rossa ist mit viel Abstand die schönste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach unglaublich - man wacht morgens auf und schaut auf‘s Meer, frühstückt auf der Terrasse mit dem gleichen wunderschönen Blick und ist direkt am Strand. Unsere Kinder waren überglücklich und konnten auch wunderbar im großen Garten spielen. Gastgeberin Nelly hat war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns am Ostersonntag 30 Minuten nachdem wir ihr gesagt haben, dass die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ist, eine neue gebracht. Das Haus und die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Jede der vier Familien, mit denen wir da waren, hatte ein eigenes Bad. Für größere Gruppen mit Kindern ist die Villa absolut perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Acceuil très sympathique. La tv ne fonctionnait pas,après signalement en matinée aux propriétaires ils ont été très réactifs.Changement de celle ci pour une neuve dans l'après midi .Merci . Très discrèts durant le séjour. Envie d'y retourner et ceux sans problème.... Merci aux propriétaires

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description, voire mieux. La propreté était irréprochable, la décoration soignée et chaleureuse, et chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir confort et bien-être. La piscine chauffée était juste parfaite pour se détendre à deux, à toute heure de la journée. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Le quartier est paisible, parfait pour se reposer et profiter à fond. Hélène a été extrêmement réactive, attentionnée et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und der Blick aufs Meer außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche. Selbst bei noch etwas kühleren Temperaturen hat man im Haus eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool mit der Terrasse und die Außenküche waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir hatten tolle Kochabende und haben einige Tipps von Christophe und Armelle bekommen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt einige Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette villa de rêve située sur la magnifique route des Sanguinaires. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés par la vue panoramique sur la mer — chaque coucher de soleil était un véritable spectacle. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique, entre mer et maquis, dans un calme absolu. La villa est décorée avec un goût exquis, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout a été pensé pour offrir confort, sérénité et bien-être. On s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi, mais en version luxe. Un immense merci également au service de conciergerie, qui a été au top du top tout au long de notre séjour. Disponibles, à l’écoute, discrets, ils ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec une grande gentillesse, que ce soit pour des recommandations locales. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête, le cœur léger et une seule envie : revenir au plus vite !!!

Que dire de cette semaine passée dans cette superbe villa “les pieds dans l’eau” ? C’était tout simplement magique ! Entre la maison ultra-équipée, la vue imprenable sur la mer et ce charmant petit jardin privé qui nous menait directement à une plage presque privative, nous étions au paradis. Le retour à la réalité est un peu rude après une telle parenthèse enchantée, mais nous avons des souvenirs plein la tête et un sourire qui ne veut pas s’effacer. Nous pensons déjà sérieusement à revenir l’an prochain pour une nouvelle dose de bonheur ! Très bon séjour dans cette grande et magnifique villa ! L'extérieur est agréable et spacieux avec piscine chauffée, terrain de pétanque... Grand espace commun très fonctionnel au top ! Bonne situation pour les plages et randonnées Prestation de qualité. Je recommande 👍

J’ai passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est exceptionnel : la vue à 270° est tout simplement époustouflante, un vrai havre de paix. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, et d’un confort remarquable. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, parfaite pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée. Tout était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, et la communication a été fluide, chaleureuse et très attentionnée. Un immense merci à Karen, qui est une très belle personne, bienveillante et disponible. On sent qu’elle met tout son cœur pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à ses invités. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’espère sincèrement y revenir bientôt. Merci Arnaud et très belle maison.

Wir waren bereits Gäste ein Jahr zuvor. Es hatte uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir das Haus unbedingt wieder haben wollten. Es ist so toll eingerichtet, man hat seine Privatsphäre und der Pool, das Schlafzimmer und das Kinozimmer sind ein Traum. Unser Ritual ist es, beim nahegelegen Bäcker die schmackhaften Baguettes jeden Morgen frisch zu kaufen. Die nahegelegen Strände sind ein Traum - mehr Urlaub geht nicht. Immer wieder.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

Villa was perfect for a family holiday - we loved it.

We waren met 2 gezinnen (10 personen) in het huis van Olivier. Het huis (met gastenverblijf) was van alle gemakken voorzien, en was netjes en schoon. Het beddengoed was fris en alles was aanwezig zoals beschreven. Onze kinderen hebben erg genoten van het verwarmde zwembad, de tafeltennistafel en al het soeelgoed in het huis en speelkamer. De host reageerde snel op onze vragen. Al net al zouden we dit huis zeker aanraden om te verblijven.
