Holiday rentals with a patio in Zocca

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

The apartment is practical and very clean. It is located in a quiet area close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I'd take him back without a problem. Recommended!

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even left us a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. In addition, it is very convenient to reach the centre, with supermarkets and bars nearby. A stay to be repeated

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been used perfectly with mainly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pots are new and abundant, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a nice open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that wasn't listed, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend thisplace.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

We felt very comfortable with Adriana and the place was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The path to the accommodation is a bit tight and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for untrained Italy vacationers, but quite doable.

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cosy, the giant garden, well maintained and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea that offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

One of our favourite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Truly felt like Max had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. A lovely place with a beautiful view. Walkable into the centre of Bologna but in a nice quiet area. Max is a great host - there were even supplies in the fridge when we arrived! We’d definitely recommend.

Simona would be one of the best Airbnb hosts ever! She is so friendly and communicative . She came up with several really great suggestions for places to eat, drink and explore. The apartment is in a really cool area of Bologna and is immaculate in every way

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the location is also ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Paolo and Elisa have a very beautiful apartment and are rightly proud of it! They are very friendly and responsive hosts. It is well fitted out and in a very good, peaceful location walkable to all the sights of Parma. Inside the apartment there are some preserved old columns and frescoes on the ceiling. Be aware that due to the thickness of the walls mobile coverage inside the apartment is limited. No hesitation in recommending this apartment if you are looking for a place in Parma!
