Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zocca

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Tereglio is a wonderful and quiet mountain village. The scenery is unique and the atmosphere in the village offers great relaxation and warmth. The place was also extremely nice and cozy. We'll be back for sure and hopefully stay longer than just one night. Thank you for the hospitality.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

Even though we only had rainy and cold weather, we loved our second stay in this beautiful house!

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Three days of perfect relaxation in an area a little out of the way (steep climb and with various bends to get to the house ) but from the beautiful landscapes. Very clean and tidy the little house, great for two people. Beautiful fireplace. Dogs are welcome.

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in Rosa Bianca’s apartment for one month and found it to be very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped for a long stay. It is in an excellent neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, a good bakery, and a lovely park. Rosa Bianca communicated very well and responded quickly to our messages. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much and hope to stay again when we return to Bologna.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. We had a great week at Gianna's place. Her family and the animals were a delight. The Pistoia Mountains are severely underrated asa a destination and have a lot to offer. San Marcello with it's variety of little shops and cafés is just a short walk away. Thank you and see you soon!

Very nice accommodation ideally located for enjoying the city on foot. I recommend it!

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

Biggest recommendations. The location is amazing, very private, peaceful, and the views from the windows are just amazing. Andrea's wonderful person, fixed it within a couple of hours when there was an issue, even though he had really bigger errands on that day. Biggest Thank you and we definitely hope to come back as we have unfinished business yet. ☺️🏀

We felt very comfortable as a group of 7 people. The great and very complete equipment of the kitchen has allowed us to cook for ourselves every day. Unfortunately, we were able to make little use of the beautiful garden, which is very functional and aesthetically designed, because of the mixed weather. But the spacious and very spacious house inside offers plenty of opportunity to make yourself comfortable. The bedrooms are also very tastefully decorated. Our initial fears that we would sleep poorly on the side of the villa because of the two streets on the side of the villa have not been confirmed. It's really quiet at night. We highly recommend the place.

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and they took care of all our concerns. The view on the terrace is amazing. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also no problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you travel with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, we were 7th and made a single room out of a room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!
