Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zocca

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

The house is very secluded and private in a small cute village on the top of the hill. The view of the valley is beautiful and the village even has some world war history Ilaria can tell you about. The garden is beautiful and very well kept bij Ilaria. Unfortunately the weather was not great in our case but we could still enjoy it a bit (end of september). All in all we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

a wonderful place to stay, where you can find everything you need, the food at the bar in the village of Marina was very tasty and the atmosphere takes you to the story of Italy from decades ago. Will definitely recommend to friends

The house is very, very lovely – it feels like you're practically in a museum in the middle of nature, or as if you've stepped into a movie. Even though we didn’t stay for long, we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this property.

Three days of perfect relaxation in an area a little out of the way (steep climb and with various bends to get to the house ) but from the beautiful landscapes. Very clean and tidy the little house, great for two people. Beautiful fireplace. Dogs are welcome.

after a busy few days in Rome, this was the exact rest we needed to put ourselves back into neutral. The property is private and gorgeous, with beautiful landscapes in every direction. if you are looking for a peaceful and calming getaway, this is the spot for you. absolute gem of a spot!

Augusta and her son helped us a lot in a difficult situation. The fact is that we left early in the morning on the holiday and could not order a taxi , since the order required an Italian phone number, and, in addition, not everyone in Italy works at night, and even on a holiday. Augusta not only found us a firm, but also contacted her more than once and controlled so that nothing would break. If it wasn't for her, we could have had a big problem. As for the property itself, everything is as described. Clean and quiet. Lots of space, nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms. We were without a car and used exclusively the train and bus. 5-10 minutes from the house. We visited Florence, Milan, Venice, Riminni and, of course, often walked around the magnificent Bologna. We practically did not use the kitchen, as we had breakfast in front of the house in a cute coffee shop for locals, and had dinner, also opposite the house, in the pizzeria. Everything is very tasty and affordable. Highly recommend this place to stay during your trip. Thank you Augusta!

Fracesco’s place is very spacious and comfortable and centrally located in a beautiful apartment building with a lift. We were a large family group with a baby so the accommodation was perfect for us and we loved the vintage decor. The only downside for us was the overall challenge in Bologna with parking. Street parking is extremely challenging to find and we had to use a 24 hour parking garage that was a 20 min walk away. So come to Bologna by public transport and enjoy a fantastic stay here!

What a beautiful place! A real country side house with amazing view! Very peaceful place too.

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

One of the best accommodations we have been via Airbnb. At the end of San Marcello Pistoiese, with a beautiful view and friendly hosts and even more friendly dog Gina. The apartment is on the second floor of the house, it has two separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room and a kitchen. Full recommendations.

Loved my stay at Tortellino Suite! Alessia was so warm and welcoming and checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I was doing okay and had what I needed. She also had great restaurant recommendations! The Suite is centrally located and was stocked with thoughtful amenities like free bottled water, a K-cup espresso machine, and bathroom toiletries including extra hair styling items beyond a hair dryer. I actually felt like I was staying in a hotel because everything was so thoughtfully presented. Would definitely stay here again!

Oscar was a great host. He replied to all our requests very well. His place is a long drive from the city, but the place and the neighborhood is great and it's well worth the drive.

Roberto was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating for our very specific needs. The location and property are unique and absolutely beautiful. It provided a wonderful escape and peaceful break, while being well connected to nearby Florence and Lucca.

Biggest recommendations. The location is amazing, very private, peaceful, and the views from the windows are just amazing. Andrea's wonderful person, fixed it within a couple of hours when there was an issue, even though he had really bigger errands on that day. A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and they took care of all our concerns. The view on the terrace is amazing. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also no problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you travel with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, we were 7th and made a single room out of a room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!
