Der Check- In ist jederzeit über eine Schlüsselbox am Eingang möglich. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Smart TV, eine Küche und ein vollausgestattetes Bad mit Badewanne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Bäcker, Bioladen, DM). Parken ist im nahegelegenen Parkhaus oder Seitenstr.

Bright, quiet apartment in the city center

Approx. 3 min. walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, university and bus stop. The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. (Kl.-child bed; stove without oven) Contact with co-host!

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Beautiful old building apartment (1-room apartment) in the city centre of Zittau to rent. Location near the border in the border triangle (PL & CZ). Shopping, refreshment stops, university or IHI, Zittauer Naturpark and Olbersdorfer See are easy to reach. Communication via telephone is possible. Bikes can be enclosed. In addition, the garden can be used (barbecue). Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter.
