The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. (Kl.-child bed; stove without oven) Contact with co-host!

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
