Our 86 m² apartment (new since Jan. 2024) is located on the ground floor of a 3-family house in Lind (district of Zirndorf) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture. The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9 km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is located in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the central train station in just 15 minutes.Nuremberg and from there comfortably via subway to Messe-Nürnberg.

The vacation cottage "Auszeit" (time out), which we have lovingly renovated, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours together. On the huge terrace with a beautiful view, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can relax and forget the world. We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo is allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 4 -6 Schlafplätze und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, 1 großen Balkon und einem großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Gäste und sind für Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit offen.
